Your account
You are responsible for your account, the WhatsApp numbers you connect and the content your bot sends. Keep your login details secure.
Acceptable use
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies at all times.
- Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful content.
- Do not misuse, resell or attempt to disrupt the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly according to the pricing shown on our Pricing page. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
AI responses
AI replies are generated from the information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your knowledge base accurate.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
